Zhengzhou International 大音希声会善寺

 

 

Among the temples in Songshan of Zhengzhou, Henan Province, Huishan Temple is the least conspicuous. It hides in the valley under the green peaks of Taishi Mountain, standing in the wind and rain for thousands of years, and elegantly portraying the Buddhism spirit.

在河南郑州嵩山庵观寺庙中，会善寺是最不张扬的，它把自己隐藏在太室山积翠峰下幽谷中，笑对风啸雨骤的千年风云，优雅演绎着释家净清。

 

 

 

Compared with other monasteries in Songshan Mountain, it is very lonely and has no incense. Not many people know about it and only a few people visit it. However, Huishan Temple is full of legend.

它与嵩山别的寺院相比，极冷清，没香火，知道它的人不多，参观它的人寥寥。然而，会善寺充满传奇。

 

 

 

 

It was the center for monks to take orders in the ancient Songshan region, and was named as the Four Temples in Songshan together with Shaolin Temple, Fawang Temple and Songyue Temple.

它是古代嵩山地区僧人受戒中心，与少林寺、法王寺、嵩岳寺并称为嵩山四大寺院。

 

The main hall in the temple is the only remaining and largest architecture of the Yuan Dynasty in Songshan.

寺内大雄宝殿，是嵩山仅存也是最大的元代建筑。寺内净藏禅师塔，是中国最早的八角形砖塔。

 

 

The Pagoda of Jingzang Chan Master Tower, is the earliest octagonal brick pagoda in China.

2001年6月25日，它被公布为第五批全国重点文物保护单位。

On August 1, 2010, 11 outstanding historical buildings in 8 places, including the Huishan Temple complex, were selected on the World Cultural Heritage List with the name of the historical buildings in heaven and earth.

2010年8月1日，包括会善寺建筑群在内的8处11项优秀历史建筑，以“天地之中”历史建筑群为名，入选世界文化遗产名录。
