Zhengzhou Fuel Cell Vehicle Application Demonstration City Cluster Plan Approved by the State
Reporters learned from the provincial government yesterday, the Ministry of Finance and other five departments recently issued a notice, formally approved Zhengzhou Fuel Cell Vehicle Application Demonstration City Cluster Plan. Zhengzhou city cluster successfully ranks among the five demonstration city clusters in China.
记者昨日从省政府获悉，财政部等五部门近日印发通知，正式批复郑州燃料电池汽车应用示范城市群实施方案。至此，郑州城市群成功跻身全国5个示范城市群行列。
Zhengzhou Fuel Cell Vehicle Application Demonstration City Cluster Plan takes Zhengzhou city as the lead city, and Yutong Bus as the dominant enterprise, and combines the fuel cell system integration enterprises with the strongest technical strength in China and the cities where they are located, including Xinxiang, Luoyang, Kaifeng, Anyang and Jiaozuo in Henan Province, and three districts (Jiading, Lingang, Fengxian) in Shanghai , Zhangjiakou, Weifang, Foshan and other 11 cities or regions with industrial chain advantages. The fuel cell vehicle and hydrogen energy industry in these regions has a solid foundation and strong technical force.
郑州燃料电池汽车应用示范城市群以郑州市为牵头城市、宇通客车为优势企业，联合国内技术实力最强的燃料电池系统集成企业及所在城市，包括省内新乡、洛阳、开封、安阳、焦作5市，和上海三区(嘉定、临港、奉贤)、张家口、潍坊、佛山等11个产业链优势城市或地区，以上区域燃料电池汽车及氢能产业基础坚实、技术力量雄厚。
In the demonstration period of the next 4 years, according to the completion of target tasks, Zhengzhou city cluster demonstration plan and related works could apply for central financial rewards of RMB1.7 billion yuan. A total of RMB28.5 billion yuan has been invested by provincial, municipal, enterprise and social funds to ensure the successful completion of demonstration and application tasks.
在未来4年示范期中，根据目标任务完成情况，郑州城市群示范项目和相关工作可争取中央财政奖励17亿元。省级、市级、企业及社会各类型资金总投入约285亿元，确保示范应用任务圆满完成。
It is reported that the successful selection of the demonstration city cluster will attract advanced enterprises of new energy vehicle industrial chain to gather, help the province to build an independent controllable fuel cell industrial chain,which is is of great significance for accelerating the construction of modern industrial system and implementing the strategy of leading by changing lanes.
