客户在微信小程序下单后，机器人接到任务，自动规避各种障碍物，自主乘坐电梯，入户到家，客户输入验证码，提走菜品，每单配送时长平均5分钟，真正实现“足不出户”、全程无接触买菜到家智能服务，改变了过去传统的人工送菜模式，提高了送菜效率，解决了生活品最后100米配送到家难题。
