Zhengzhou power in the Beijing Winter Olympics

 

On The night of February 4, once the Olympic torch was unveiled, it attracted widespread attention. The company Fanrui Yihui of Gongyi City, is the components manufacturer of the torch shell on carbon fiber and the composite high temperature components.

2月4日晚，北京冬奥会火炬实力亮相后，再次引发广泛关注。很多人没料到的是，郑州巩义市的一家公司，泛锐熠辉就是火炬“飞扬”火炬外壳碳纤维及其复合材料高温部件的制造商，为奥林匹克贡献了自己的力量。

 

 

The company was founded in 2015 by several digital doctors from NWPU (Northwestern Polytechnical University) in Zhanjie Town, Gongyi City. It is understood that the Fanrui Yihui of the Winter Olympics torch project starts from June to December in 2021. During the project, every production process was treated with high standards, strict requirements as well as craftsmanship spirits in the company.

2015年，这家公司由西北工业大学的数位博士在巩义市站街镇创立。据了解，泛锐熠辉冬奥火炬项目自2021年6月开始至12月份结束。项目开展期间，该公司以高标准严要求对待每一道生产工艺，以匠心打磨每一件产品。

It is reported that the shell of the Winter Olympic torch was made of lightweight high strength carbon fiber and its composite materials presents the characteristics of "light, solid and good", solving the application bottleneck of carbon fiber composite materials in extreme conditions, and realizing the normal use of the torch shell in hydrogen combustion environment higher than 800℃. Moreover, the problem of foaming and cracking of torch shell in the process of high temperature preparation at 1000℃ was solved. The use of high temperature resistant and lightweight materials reflects the concept of "Green Winter Olympics" and "scientific and technical Winter Olympics".

 

据介绍，用轻质高强的碳纤维及其复合材料打造而成的冬奥火炬外壳，呈现出了“轻、固、美”的特点，解决了碳纤维复合材料在极端条件下的应用瓶颈，实现了火炬外壳在高于800℃的氢气燃烧环境中正常使用，而且破解了火炬外壳在1000℃高温制备过程中起泡、开裂等难题。耐高温轻量化材料的使用，体现了“绿色冬奥”和“科技冬奥”的理念。

"It ’s really a proud and exciting life experience to contribute to the torch production of the2022 Beijing Winter Olympics," said the staff involved.
