Hulatang(húlàtāng胡辣汤),is a kind of Chinese traditional soup,which is an important part of Chinese people's daily diet.Hulatang can also be found in the United States,where it is known as Spicy Soup.It was introduced by Chinese American immigrants.

胡辣汤(húlàtāng胡辣汤)，是一种中国传统的汤，是中国人日常饮食的重要组成部分。在美国也可以找到胡辣汤，它被称为辣汤，是由美国华裔移民引进的。

Hulatang was invented by people in Henan Province.It can be divided into two different genres.The one is Xiaoyao Zhen(xiāo yáo zhèn逍遥镇),the other is Beiwudu(běi wǔdù北舞渡).As the name implies,capsicum and black pepper are put into the broth made by beef soup.

胡辣汤最早是河南人发明的。分为两派，一个是逍遥镇(xiāo yáo zhèn逍遥镇)，另一个是北五渡(běi wǔdù北舞渡)。顾名思义，其中有辣椒、黑胡椒、牛肉等。
