Zhengzhou International 今日上午10点 郑州发放亿元网上消费券
Initiated by Henan Consumer Association, more than 10 business associations and other organizations, and more than 100 enterprises in Henan will provide a total of 100 million yuan online vouchers to the Zhengzhou citizens this morning at 10’o clock.
6月17日上午10时开始，由河南省消费者协会发起，河南10余家商协会等机构组织、100余家企业向郑州市民网上发放共计1亿元消费券。

According to Li Zhiguo, the representative of the organizer, the 100 million yuan consumption coupons issued this time are different from the previous in four aspects:
据承办方代表李治国介绍，本次发放的1亿元消费券与前几次不同的地方在于四个方面：
1. The consumption coupons without any threshold restrictions are increased , the public could search the WeChat public account "Orange Super Union" and get the coupons there. Then consumers can use the coupons without any restrictions.
一、增加了没有任何门槛限制的消费券，市民搜索微信公众号“桔子超盟”，领券后到发券的商家，直接抵现金没有任何门槛限制。
2. Free physical product vouchers are increased, after the citizen obtains the physical voucher, they may arrive at the issue traders to exchange for goods.
二、增加了免费的实物产品券，市民领取后可以到发券商家兑换领取实物。
3.This consumption voucher covers more areas than the previous , including groceries, wedding jewelrys, tourism hotels, catering and entertainment, home appliances, education,automobiles, cosmetic medicine and health, maternal and child,housekeeping and other related industries.
三、本次消费券涵盖范围超过前几次，涉及到生活百货、珠宝婚庆、旅游酒店、餐饮娱乐、教育家居、家电汽车、医美健康、母婴家政等相关行业。
The coupon will be issued at 10 am on June 17 and valid for 0：00 PM on June 30, 2020
四、 发放消费券的时间为6月17日上午10点，消费券的有效期为2020年6月30日0：00点。
