Zhengzhou International 中部地区首家运输航空飞行训练机构正式投入运营

First BAA training center in Central China, first-class in China, a world leader...On June 14, BAA (China) Training Center was opened to fill the gap in Henan’s civil aviation industry chain and provide strong talent support for the construction of “Silk Road in the Air”.

中部地区首家、国内一流、世界领先......6月14日，BAA(中国)航空培训中心正式投入运营，填补了河南民航产业链的又一项空白，为“空中丝绸之路”建设人才培养蓄能。

Located at Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, BAA (China) Training Center is a kind of simulator flight training center co-established by Henan Civil Aviation Development & Investment Co., Ltd, Avia Solutions Group, a world leader in aviation training, and its subsidiary Baltic Aviation Academy (BAA). With the advantage of having an integrated transportation system combining aviation, high-speed rail, intercity rail and expressway, the training center (Central China’s first world-leading simulator flight training center) can provide many professional aviation training programs, such as pilot training, steward training, flight dispatcher training, etc.

BAA(中国)航空培训中心位于郑州航空港区，是河南民航发展投资有限公司与世界航空培训领域首屈一指的立陶宛阿维亚解决方案集团及其子公司波罗的海飞行培训学院(BAA)，联合成立的模拟机飞行训练机构，拥有集航空、高铁、城际铁路、高速公路于一体的综合交通优势，包括飞行员培训、乘务员培训、空管签派人员培训等多个专业项目，是我国中部地区首家、国内一流、世界领先的模拟机飞行训练中心。

It plans to build a training center equipped with complete training facilities for pilot and cabin stewards within 2020, realize an annual output value of more than 15 million yuan within two years, and build it into a large training center with over 2 types of aircraft for cabin steward training and 8 full-motion flight simulators with an annual output value of nearly 200 million yuan.

今年年内，拟建立全套飞行员培训及客舱乘务员培训设备的培训中心;两年内年产值预计达到1500万元以上;五年内将建成拥有8台全动模拟机及2种以上机型客舱乘务员培训设备的大型培训中心，年产值预计可接近2亿元。

Professional training usually serves as a basis and driving force to speed up the development of civil aviation industry, as well as a foundation for civil aviation industry to realize sustainable security. “What is presented in front of us is a D-level full-mission flight simulator, the first full-mission flight simulator introduced to Henan and even Central China...” At the launch ceremony, with the detailed introduction of Deng Luhua, general manager of the Aviation Training Center of Henan Civil Aviation Development & Investment Co., Ltd, this “giant machine”, which is about 9 meters high and 8 meters long and wide, started working.

对从业人员的专业培训是航空产业快速发展的基础和动力，也是民航持续安全的根基。“现在，正在为我们演示的是一台D级全任务模拟机，这是河南引进的我省乃至中部地区首台全任务模拟机......”在启动仪式现场，伴随着河南航投航空培训中心总经理邓鲁华的详细讲解，这台高约9米、长宽各约8米的“庞然大物”正在模拟运行。

It is introduced that this D-level full-mission flight simulator, Henan’s first full-mission flight simulator, approved by CCAR-60 of Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), can provide all training programs for Boeing 737NG regulated by CAAC. This D-level full-mission flight simulator is a kind of high-tech “complex”, which is composed of five parts, including a cabin simulator, a motor system, a visual system, a computer system and an instructor console.

据介绍，这是河南首台通过民航局CCAR-60部认证的D级全任务模拟机，能够针对波音B737NG系列飞机，实现民航局规定的所有飞行培训内容。这台D级全任务模拟机由模拟座舱、运动系统、视景系统、计算机系统和教员控制台五部分组成，是一个高技术综合体。

It is reported that with the fast development of the “Silk Road in the Air” that links Zhengzhou and Luxembourg in recent years and the obvious demonstration effect of Cargolux Airlines International, more and more airlines have opened their air routes at Zhengzhou Airport and the airport’s position as an aviation hub is becoming increasingly prominent, so it is imperative to develop a matching aviation training industry. At the ceremony, BAA (China) Training Center also signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Zhuhai Xiangyi Aviation Technology Co., Ltd and Anyang Institute of Technology to carry out a series of practical cooperation in this field.

据了解，近年来，随着郑州-卢森堡“空中丝绸之路”越飞越广，在卢森堡货航的示范效应下，越来越多的航空公司在郑州机场开通航线，郑州的航空枢纽地位日渐凸显，发展与之相匹配的航空培训产业势在必行。在当天的仪式上，培训中心还分别与珠海翔翼航空技术有限公司、安阳工学院签订了《战略合作框架协议》，未来将在该领域开展一系列务实合作。
