Zhengzhou International 全球第一个城市“口袋湿地” 为郑州添一抹绿

 

Wetland is acquainted for us, but have you heard of the "pocket wetland" located in the downtown area of the city ?

湿地不新鲜，但出现在城市闹市区的“口袋湿地”，您听说过吗?

 

 

Zhengzhou Lotuslake Wetland Park is the first urban Pocket wetland project implemented by the United Nations Development Program. Located on the west side of Lianhua Street in Zhengzhou high-tech Zone, the park is surrounded by trees, with two artificial lakes in the north and south.

郑州莲湖湿地公园是联合国开发计划署实施的“城市口袋湿地”的首个项目，位于郑州高新区的莲花街西侧，公园内绿树成荫，景色迷人，里面有南北两个人工湖更是点睛之笔。

 

 

Covering 14,000 square meters, the Zhengzhou Lotuslake Wetland Park is divided into the south and north part , among which is a 450-meter-long riverway.

莲湖的人工湖面积约为1.4万平方米，分为南北两部分，一条长约450米的河道将其连接。

 

 

Zhengzhou Lotuslake Wetland Park takes the idea of Lianhu Park and takes lotus as the main feature. Some of the lakeside Banks are planted with water-supporting plants such as chiles, cattail, scallion, calamus and water bamboo, forming a natural lakeside ecological landscape.

莲湖湿地公园取莲湖公园的立意，以莲花为主景，局部湖岸种植千屈菜、香蒲、水葱、菖蒲、茭白等挺水植物，形成自然湖滨带生态景观。

 

 

Unlike other urban man-made lakes, which made of concrete armor, this wetland including man-made lakes form a self-circulating interactive "micro-environment".

不同于其他穿着水泥“盔甲”的城市人工湖，这方包括人工湖在内的湿地能形成一个自我循环互动的“微环境”。

 

 

According to the relevant person in charge of the Smart Operation Group of the National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, in the downtown area where every inch of land is precious, the pocket wetland, which covers a small area, can not only improve the water quality and adjust the local microclimate of the city, but also restore the ecological environment and rebuild the urban landscape.

据高新区智慧运营集团相关负责人介绍，在寸土寸金的闹市区，占地面积小的“口袋湿地”，不仅能够改善水体质量、调节城市局部小气候，还能恢复生态环境，再造城市景观。
