In Zhengzhou University of Light Technology, there is a museum of electronic science and technology.

在郑州轻工业大学，有一座电子科技博物馆。

Located in the Engineering training Centre, the Electronic Museum has five exhibition areas, namely, the history of communications area, the history of radio area, the history of film and culture area, the history of cameras area, and the history of folk supplies and culture area.

电子博物馆坐落在工程训练中心，共有5个展区，分别是通讯发展史、收音机发展史、电影及文化发展史、照相机发展史和民俗用品及文化发展史。

Most of the more than 2,000 exhibits displayed in the museum are the private collections of Retired teacher Liu Zhihong of the Engineering Training Center. Each piece has an unforgettable story behind.

全馆展示出来的2000多件展品，绝大部分都是工程训练中心退休教师刘智宏老师的私人收藏，每一件藏品背后都有一段难忘故事。

 

History of communication tools  通讯工具发展史

 

In 1981, Liu Zhihong came to the control department of Zhengzhou Institute of Light Industry and became an electronic practice teacher. He usually collects some electrical products to explain in class, which is very practical. With the growth of teaching time, Mr. Liu's collection is also increasing.

1981年，刘智宏来到郑州轻工业学院控制系，成了一名电子实习实训教师。他平时会搜集一些电器产品在课堂上讲解，感觉很实用，随着教学时间的增长，刘老师的收藏也越来越多。

 

 

Among these collections, some of them are the items that his family has never been willing to throw away. Some of them are the discarded items that his relatives and friends entrusted to repair home appliances, and some of them are the treasures he found in flea markets, antique cities and scrap stations all over the country

这些藏品中，一部分是家里用过一直没舍得扔的家当，一部分是亲戚朋友委托修理家电，时间长了留下来的废弃件，还有一部分是他在全国各地的旧货市场、古玩城、废品站淘来的宝。

 

 

His addiction on collection has lasted for decades, and less than a third of Liu's collection is on display in the museum

他的“疯狂”收藏之路延续了几十年，博物馆里展出的，还不到刘老师所有收藏中的三分之一。

 

 

The museum is full of eye-opening, sentimental exhibits like this that look like the evolution of an ideal life in the eyes of an ordinary citizen.

像这样让人大开眼界、满是情怀的展品，这个博物馆里多得是，看上去就是一个普通市民眼中的理想生活变迁史。

Here, every piece of old artifacts that have been wiped away by years come to life again. They tell moving stories to the people who come to visit and study through Teacher Liu's detailed explanation.

在这里，每件被岁月抹去光华的老器物都重新活了起来，它们通过刘老师细致地讲解，向前来参观学习的人们诉说着动人的故事。
