Henan Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine displays the profound history of TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) in Henan Province, the profound connotation of traditional Chinese medicine culture, the rich resources of TCM in Henan Province, and the outstanding contributions of the medical saint Zhang Zhongjing.
河南中医药博物馆全面展示河南中医药的厚重历史，展示中医药文化的精深内涵，展示河南中药材的丰富资源，展示医圣仲景的杰出贡献。
The main exhibition area of Henan Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine is located in the library of Henan University of Chinese Medicine. It consists of the Medical History Hall, School History Hall,Traditional Chinese Medicine Hall, Zhongjing Hall, the Ancient Books Hall and the Medical Ethics Hall. The planning and design of the exhibition area was launched in 2013.
河南中医药博物馆的主展区位于河南中医药学院图书馆内，由医史馆、校史馆、中药馆、仲景馆、古籍馆和医德馆等展馆组成，2013年启动规划设计。
The museum's medical history Hall has an exhibition area of 530 square meters, mainly displaying the historical contributions of Traditional Chinese medicine in the Central Plains. Zhongjing Hall mainly displays the outstanding contributions made by the medical saint Zhang Zhongjing to the development of world medicine and the cause of TCM through the multimedia such as pictures, photos, materials and audio-optoelectronics.
博物馆医史馆布展面积530平方米，主要展示中原中医药的历史贡献。仲景馆主要通过图文、实物和声光电等多媒体，展示医圣张仲景为世界医学发展、为中医药事业的发展做出的杰出贡献。
In the Chinese Medicine Museum, visitors can enjoy thousands of kinds of water-soaked specimens, herbs specimens, CMT specimens and animal mineral specimens.
在中药馆中，观众可以观赏到上千种水浸标本、蜡叶植物标本、中药材标本、动物矿物标本。
The history museum presents the development of Henan Universirty Medicine since its establishment in 1958.
校史馆用详实材料展现了河南中医学院1958年建校以来的发展历程。
The construction of the museum was supported by the Education Department of Henan Province, the Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and various departments of the university. The first dean Han Xizan, national medicine master Li Zhenhua, gynecology master Pang Qingzhi, pharmacy expert Wang Yuming and so on generously provided a batch of precious historical materials and material objects.
博物馆建设得到河南省教育厅、省中医管理局和学校各部门的支持。首任老院长韩锡瓒、国医大师李振华、妇科大家庞清治、药学专家王浴铭等慷慨提供了一批珍贵的史料和实物。
