Zhengzhou International 郑州入选中欧班列集结中心示范工程

Zhengzhou, the only approved city in the central and eastern part of China, has been selected as the first city in the China- Europe Railway Express trial project as it ranked first in terms of total scores.

日前，记者获悉，经国家发展改革委专家组综合评定，郑州以总得分第一名入选中欧班列集结中心示范工程，也是中东部地区唯一获批城市。

 

Five cities approved by the China- Europe Railway Express assemble hub, which is sepratley Zhengzhou, Urumqi, Chongqing, Chengdu, Xian. Among these cities, Zhengzhou is located in the east, the remaining four distribution in northwest and southwest, highlighted the role that Zhengzhou as "pivot" and "springboard" by radiating and driving around the open door from east to west, will provide strong support for the construction of inland opening highland in Henan.

中欧班列集结中心获批的五家城市(郑州、乌鲁木齐、重庆、成都、西安)，郑州位于最东端，其余四家分布在西北和西南，突出了郑州作为“支点”和“跳板”由东向西辐射带动的开放门户左右，将对推动河南内陆开放高地建设提供有力支撑。

 

 

The state requires the proposed city to meet the following conditions:

国家要求拟申建城市, 需符合以下条件：

 

First, with favorable geographical conditions, it is a hub node clearly defined in the Development Plan for China-Europe Freight trains and a national logistics hub bearing city clearly defined in the Layout and Construction Plan for National Logistics Hubs.

Second, it has a good infrastructure, such as railway container center or railway marshaling station, multi-modal transport customs supervision and first-class railway port functions.

Third, the strong economic carrying capacity . The GDP of the city is more than 600 billion yuan, and the import and export volume of the province is more than 300 billion yuan.

Fourth, the operation standard is of good quality, the bank has been normalized, the overseas operation is relatively mature, and the business of freight train assembly, consolidation and transportation, transportation and trade integration has been carried out.

一是区位条件优越，是《中欧班列建设发展规划》明确的枢纽节点和《国家物流枢纽布局和建设规划》明确的国家物流枢纽承载城市。

二是设施基础良好，拥有铁路集装箱中心站或铁路编组站，具备多式联运海关监管和一类铁路口岸功能。

三是经济承载力较强，所在城市GDP大于6000亿元，所在省进出口额大于3000亿元。

四是运营规范质量好，已实现常态化开行，境外运作相对成熟，已开展班列集结、集拼集运、运贸一体化等业务。
