Zhengzhou International 一卡通用、一码通城!2021年底郑州将推出“万能”市民卡

 

Zhengzhou city will build a comprehensive citizen-card service platform with various public service functions on the carrier of social security card,which will expand the application of citizen cards in urban transportation, hotel accommodation, medical services, cultural tourism and other fields to realize the "one card and one code is enough in Zhengzhou" in the government public service management fields of health, education, finance, provident fund, trade union, financial benefit to the people, voluntary public welfare, social entitled care, social welfare, social relief and so on.

郑州市将打造以社保卡为载体，融合各类公共服务功能的市民卡综合服务平台，拓宽市民卡在城市交通、酒店住宿、医疗服务、文化旅游等领域应用，实现在健康、教育、金融、公积金、工会、财政惠民、志愿公益、社会优抚、社会福利、社会救济等政府公共服务管理领域的“一卡通用、一码通城”。

 

On October 28, the General Office of Zhengzhou Municipal Government issued the Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Citizen Card. It is mentioned in the Implementation Opinions that a comprehensive citizen card service platform should be built with the social security card as the core carrier and integrating various public service functions, so as to realize the multi-use and universality of the citizen card. At the same time, we will increase the issuance of social security cards, covering all permanent residents in the city on the basis of the 9.9 million social security cards that have been issued.

10月28日，郑州市市政府办公厅印发《关于加快推进市民卡建设的实施意见》。《实施意见》提到，要打造以社保卡为核心载体，融合各类公共服务功能的市民卡综合服务平台，实现市民卡的一卡多用和通用。与此同时，加大社保卡发行力度，在已发行990万张社保卡基础上，实现全市常住人口发行全覆盖。

 

By the end of 2021, the social security card will be able to handle various public services of individuals, realizing the goal of "one card and one code is enough in Zhengzhou".

2021年年底，实现社保卡可办理个人的各项公共服务业务，实现“一卡通用、一码通城”。
