The first session of the 15th Municipal CPPCC in Zhengzhou held a preparatory meeting

A preliminary meeting for the first session of the 15th Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) of Zhengzhou was held at the provincial People's Hall on the afternoon of Jan. 2, 2023.

There were 556 members who were supposed to attend the meeting, and 508 people in attendance actually, which was in line with the required number.

The meeting was presided over by Du Xinjun, chairman of the 14th Municipal CPPCC. The vice chairmen Yue Xirong, Wang Wanpeng, Li Xinyou, Xue Jingxia, Yang Dongfang and Secretary-General Song Jianguo attended the meeting.

The meeting deliberated and approved the list of the presidium about the first Session of the 15th Municipal CPPCC, and the list of moderators and General secretaries, as well as the list of the agenda and agenda of the first session of the 15th session of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference and the list of the proposal review committee of the First Session of the 15th Municipal CPPCC.

According to the arrangement of the meeting, the 15th session of the Municipal CPPCC session opened on January 3 and closed on January 5.(source Zhengzhou Release)
