Zhengzhou goes to great lengths to start a new journey in 2023

A large number of enterprises and factories are operational in Zhengzhou, "Good times start when you start," says one young employee from Foxconn in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone (ZAEZ), in which the normal order of production and life is returning.

The operating conditions of many local food and beverage blocks as well as brand stores have basically recovered to the same level in 2019. For some time-honored restaurants, specialty restaurants, hot pot restaurants, their business is brisk. Eleven catering enterprises monitored by Henan Provincial Department of Commerce realized sales of 7.611 million yuan, up 64.4% year on year.

On January 28, the first working day after the Spring Festival holiday, the number of passenger capacity on Zhengzhou's subway network reached 988,000, and on January 29, the number is expected to exceed one million. In order to further meet the travel demand of post-holiday commuters, Zhengzhou Metro increased its capacity and reduced the minimum travel interval on weekdays from Jan 30.

There will be 9 job fairs held in Zhengzhou's talent market from Jan 31 to build an accurate docking platform for employers and job seekers. The 9 job fairs cover marketing, machinery manufacturing, electrical automation, food, medicine, administrative management and other industries. It is expected that nearly 500 enterprises will be recruited and nearly 10,000 jobs will be provided.
Standing at a new starting point, everyone is trying to run faster. Zhengzhou, the city is geting better and better in the future.
