As of this day (February 8, 2018), passengers could take a bus by scanning QR Code through WeChat.
郑州公交从2月8日起，正式启用微信扫码支付。
Specific steps:
具体步骤：
1.Search "Tencent car code" in Little Program of Wechat
微信小程序里搜索“腾讯乘车码”
2.Click to enter in, then click "allow" to get the location
点击进入以后，点击“允许”获取地理位置
3.Follow the steps,then click on "agree to the agreement and service"
按照步骤，点击“同意协议并开通”
4.Bounded with your mobile number by clicking "confirm authorization".
绑定手机号，点击“确认授权”
5. Follow the steps,then click on the "open password-less payment". Please note that the payment method is "change" at initial.
按照步骤，点击“开通免密支付”注意扣费方式默认为“零钱”
6. You can open the service successfully by entering your payment password, and then click "Back".
输入支付密码，即可开通成功，即可点击“返回”
7.In the "card package" of Wechat, you can use the code when taking a bus.
在“卡包”里面即可使用公交乘车码
